VIVE organizes its lineup into Street, Track and Off-Road collections. Each collection includes selected wheel designs and configurations. Sizes, construction types, finishes and availability vary by product; review the specific wheel listing or contact VIVE for current options.

MENU
Wheels & Product Information
Street focuses on everyday road-going applications and styling; Track is developed for performance-oriented use; Off-Road addresses selected off-pavement applications. The appropriate model depends on vehicle specifications, load requirements, and intended use.
No. Manufacturing methods vary by product. Depending on the released model, VIVE may offer forged or flow-formed wheels. Always refer to the individual product page and confirmed quotation for the actual manufacturing method and construction.
VIVE selects aluminum alloys according to each wheel's design, construction, and intended use. Our forged wheel offerings primarily use 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, valued for its strength-to-weight characteristics. Materials and production processes may vary across Street, Track, and Off-Road models. Refer to the specifications of the exact wheel you are considering for confirmed material and construction details.
VIVE applies model-specific engineering evaluation and physical testing appropriate to each collection. Street Series — Developed for road use, with validation based on applicable passenger-vehicle wheel requirements, which may include JWL and SAE J2530 as appropriate for the model. Track Series — Developed for performance-oriented applications. Applicable road-wheel testing provides a baseline, supplemented where completed and documented by additional model-specific fatigue and structural validation. SAE J2530 is a road-wheel standard, not a motorsport certification. Off-Road Series — Validation is selected according to vehicle category, rated load, wheel construction, and intended operating conditions. Not every off-road application is covered by the same standard. Depending on the model, testing may include radial fatigue, cornering fatigue, impact evaluation, and dimensional inspection. Specific standards, test conditions, and results vary by wheel and specification; contact VIVE for model-specific information.
Some products are intended for performance applications, but suitability must be assessed for the precise wheel, vehicle, loading, tire setup, and use. Track use creates additional risks. Contact VIVE for model-specific guidance; no wheel is guaranteed against damage in every motorsport condition.
Website photographs illustrate designs and finishes. Lighting, display settings, manufacturing tolerances, wheel dimensions, and finish processes may affect the final appearance. Confirm your selected finish and specifications before production.
These terms describe wheel construction: monoblock is a one-piece wheel; two-piece combines separate wheel components; three-piece uses a modular multi-component assembly. Availability and specifications depend on the model. Construction type alone does not indicate quality, weight or suitability for a particular use.
Availability and pricing may be quoted per wheel or per set, depending on the product and order. Always check the quotation for quantity, included accessories, and whether the stated price is per wheel or per set.
Fitment, Sizing & Customization
Provide the make, model, year, trim, wheel and tire targets, and information about brakes, suspension, and other relevant modifications. VIVE may request additional measurements or a brake clearance template. Final fitment depends on the actual vehicle configuration.
PCD describes the number and spacing of the wheel mounting holes; offset (ET) describes the wheel mounting face position relative to its centerline; center bore (CB) is the center opening that interfaces with the vehicle hub. All must be correctly specified for safe fitment.
Available customization depends on the exact wheel model and construction. You may request your preferred diameter, width, offset (ET), mounting interface, center bore and finish, but not every combination can be manufactured or safely fitted. Share your vehicle details and preferred configuration; VIVE will confirm the supported options, fitment and final quotation before production.
Yes. VIVE offers staggered wheel configurations, allowing you to choose different wheel widths and, where applicable, different diameters for the front and rear axles. For example, you can configure: Different widths: 19×9.5 front / 19×11 rear Different diameters and widths: 19×9.5 front / 20×11 rear You can also request specific offsets (ET) to achieve your desired fitment. Our team can help you select suitable specifications based on your vehicle, brake clearance, suspension setup, and intended tire sizes. Contact VIVE with your vehicle details and preferred setup to receive a personalized fitment recommendation and quote.
Not necessarily. Brake clearance is influenced by the caliper profile, brake rotor, wheel barrel, and spoke geometry; diameter alone does not guarantee clearance. Please provide the brake kit model and technical measurements or template when requested.
VIVE can discuss wheel dimensions and general fitment considerations. Final tire selection must also follow the tire manufacturer's approved rim-width range, load and speed requirements, and vehicle constraints. Confirm installation with a qualified professional.
Do not assume spacers or aftermarket mounting hardware are compatible. Whenever possible, select the correct wheel fitment without spacers. Any spacer, bolt, nut or other mounting component must be appropriate for the specific vehicle and wheel, and confirmed by a qualified installer. Center-lock systems require their own approved hardware and procedures.
Tell VIVE about any change that may affect clearance or installation. New brakes, suspension components, tire sizes, or body modifications can invalidate a prior fitment assessment and may require renewed verification.
Yes. Have a qualified installer verify the correct mounting system and hardware, hub engagement, brake and suspension clearance, tire clearance, and manufacturer-specified tightening procedure. Center-lock wheels must be installed using the vehicle/system-specific tools and procedures. Do not drive if rubbing, vibration, interference or improper mounting is suspected.
No. Fitment review is based on the information and configuration provided at the time of review. Unreported changes, measurements that differ in practice, or component variations may require additional verification.
VIVE may offer conventional multi-lug (PCD) and center-lock mounting options on selected products. These are different mounting interfaces, and availability is model-specific. A center-lock wheel must be verified for the exact vehicle and locking system; center-lock compatibility cannot be assumed simply because a vehicle uses a central nut.
No. Tell VIVE your vehicle year, make, model and trim and whether you are enquiring about a conventional PCD or center-lock wheel. VIVE will review the applicable mounting and fitment details before confirming the configuration.
You can still send an inquiry. Provide your vehicle details and any relevant brake, suspension or body modifications. VIVE will check whether a supported configuration can be offered; an unlisted vehicle is not a guarantee of availability.
Clean wheels regularly using a wheel-safe, non-abrasive cleaner and a soft cloth or brush, following any finish-specific instructions supplied with your order. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive pads and cleaning hot wheel surfaces. Inspect for unusual damage and have concerns assessed by a qualified professional.
Stop using the affected wheel if structural damage, significant impact damage, unusual vibration or interference is suspected. Do not attempt to repair a potentially compromised wheel without qualified assessment. Contact VIVE with photographs and purchase details and arrange an inspection by a qualified installer.
Ordering, Pricing & Payment
Choose a design and share your vehicle details, preferred size, finish, and other specifications. VIVE will confirm availability, pricing, and technical details before accepting a final order. You can begin through the website contact page.
A starting price is an estimate for a particular configuration, not necessarily the final delivered price. The confirmed price may vary by design, diameter, width, construction, finish, technical requirements, shipping, taxes and other applicable charges. Your written quotation should specify what is included.
Before production, VIVE and the buyer should confirm the final wheel specifications and applicable order terms in writing. Please verify all information carefully, especially offset, bolt pattern, center bore, and finish.
Contact VIVE immediately. Changes may be possible before production begins but may become limited or costly once manufacturing, finishing, or shipping is underway. Any revised price or timeline requires confirmation.
Contact VIVE as soon as possible. Cancellation and any related costs depend on the product, whether customization or production has begun, the accepted order terms and applicable law. VIVE will review your order and confirm the available options in writing; do not assume a custom order is freely cancellable.
Available payment methods are confirmed with your quotation or invoice. For security, use only payment instructions issued through VIVE's verified sales channels; contact VIVE to confirm any unexpected changes to payment details.
Deposit requirements and balance-payment timing depend on the specific order and will be stated in the written quotation, invoice or accepted purchase terms. Do not assume production starts before payment and specifications are confirmed.
Check the written quotation. It should specify the currency, quantity, shipping inclusion, taxes, import duties (if applicable), and any additional charges. These items should not be assumed included unless explicitly stated.
Production, Shipping & Delivery
Lead time varies by wheel model, construction, finish, production schedule and destination. Production time and transit time are separate estimates. VIVE will communicate the estimated schedule during quotation or order confirmation; delivery dates are not guaranteed unless specifically agreed in writing.
VIVE serves customers in the United States. For international delivery availability, costs, duties, and import requirements, please contact the team before ordering.
When a shipment is dispatched and tracking is available, VIVE or the delivering partner can provide shipping information associated with your order.
Orders are generally arranged as agreed, but production or logistics may require more than one shipment. VIVE will communicate known split-shipment arrangements and tracking details.
Inspect the outer packaging and wheels promptly. Keep all boxes and labels, photograph the damage and packaging, and contact VIVE with your order number and tracking details. Do not install or use a potentially damaged wheel.
Contact VIVE with your order number and tracking information. VIVE will investigate the shipment and arrange an appropriate resolution according to the applicable delivery terms and responsibility for transit risk.
Dealer or special-order pickup arrangements may be available with VIVE approval. Responsibility for shipment and risk transfer must be agreed before collection.
The production start is confirmed for your order after any required specification approvals and payment conditions are satisfied. The estimated production schedule will be communicated by VIVE; do not assume that placing an online inquiry starts manufacturing.
VIVE can provide an order-status update on request. The frequency and detail of production updates vary by order and manufacturing stage. Contact your sales representative or VIVE with the order reference.
Warranty, Owner Protection & Returns
Every VIVE wheel is backed by a Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty for the original purchaser, subject to the published terms. It addresses qualifying material, manufacturing, and workmanship defects affecting structural integrity under normal and intended use.
Qualifying manufacturing, material, and workmanship defects, including structural failures attributable to production defects, may be covered. Each claim is reviewed using the published warranty terms and supporting evidence.
The published exclusions include impact, pothole, road hazard, curb and collision damage; improper installation or fitment; overloading or misuse; and normal cosmetic wear. See the full warranty for details and applicable rights.
The VIVE Owner Protection Program is separate from the Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty. Subject to eligibility and claim approval, it offers a discounted purchase of an equivalent replacement wheel after qualifying accidental damage. The discount is calculated from the applicable official regular retail price (MSRP), not the original transaction price. It is not insurance, cash reimbursement, or a guarantee of free replacement.
The program is available to eligible original retail purchasers buying directly from VIVE or an authorized dealer. Standard retail promotions or purchase discounts do not, by themselves, remove eligibility. Complimentary sponsorships, samples, product exchanges, internal testing units, and special brand/ambassador partnership orders are excluded unless VIVE expressly agrees otherwise in writing. Orders placed on or after July 15, 2026 may qualify, subject to the terms applicable to each purchase.
For approved claims, the replacement wheel discount schedule is: months 0–12 after original purchase: 45% off; months 13–24: 35% off; months 25–36: 25% off; months 37–48: 15% off; months 49–60: 5% off. Each discount is calculated using the official regular MSRP for the eligible equivalent replacement wheel in effect when the replacement quote is approved, regardless of the amount paid for the original order. The program is subject to applicable eligibility rules and published terms.
No. The current program says participation in track days, motorsports, off-road activities, and similar use does not automatically disqualify a claim. Each case is reviewed individually; this is not a blanket promise that any resulting damage will receive assistance.
No. Each originally purchased wheel may receive Owner Protection replacement assistance only once. A wheel supplied through the program is not eligible for another Owner Protection replacement, and the original five-year benefit period does not restart. Applicable structural warranty rights remain separate.
Owner Protection generally applies only to a substantially equivalent replacement wheel. Changes to design, size, custom specification, construction, or finish are not automatically covered and require written VIVE approval. Where the original product is no longer available, VIVE will review an appropriate equivalent alternative and confirm its MSRP and terms before payment.
Email support@vivewheels.com with proof of original purchase, wheel photos, serial number (if available), vehicle information, and a description of the incident. VIVE may request additional photos, an inspection, return of the damaged wheel, or evidence of safe disposal to validate the claim and prevent duplicate claims. Do not ship anything until instructed. Most claims receive an initial response within 3–5 business days.
No. Do not ship products to VIVE unless the support team instructs you to do so. Keep evidence and avoid mounting or using a wheel that may be unsafe.
Return eligibility depends on the purchase channel, product condition, customization, applicable sale terms, and legal rights. Contact the seller before shipping anything back. Dealer-to-VIVE return policies are separate from consumer purchases.
The published Limited Lifetime Structural Warranty is for the original purchaser. Contact support for questions about a specific purchase or any rights provided by law.
Review the applicable purchase-time program terms and vivewheels.com/warranty/ for published information. Changes to the program do not retroactively reduce benefits already promised to an existing purchase. Contact support@vivewheels.com if the FAQ, purchase documents, and published terms differ; statutory rights are unaffected.
No. Eligible normal retail purchases receive the same published replacement discount schedule whether the original wheel was purchased at full MSRP or during a standard retail sale. The Owner Protection replacement discount is always applied to the eligible replacement wheel’s official regular MSRP, rather than the discounted amount originally paid.
Approved replacement wheel price = applicable official regular MSRP × (1 − approved replacement discount). For example, if the eligible equivalent replacement wheel has an MSRP of $600 and a first-year claim is approved at 45% off, the discounted wheel price is $300, before any separately disclosed applicable charges. Replacement purchases cannot be combined with other promotional or dealer discounts.
The advertised percentage applies to the replacement wheel’s MSRP only. Shipping, applicable taxes or duties, removal and installation, tire services, and other separately disclosed charges are not discounted unless expressly stated otherwise. VIVE will provide an itemized replacement quotation for approval before payment. This rule does not limit remedies owed for a covered manufacturing defect under the separate structural warranty or applicable law.
Not by default. Complimentary sponsorship wheels, samples, product exchanges, internal testing units, and special influencer, ambassador or brand partnership orders are excluded unless the signed partnership or order agreement expressly grants Owner Protection benefits. Any separately promised structural warranty and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Photo & Video Rewards
Customers may submit original photos or videos of VIVE wheels installed on their vehicle for consideration. An approved submission may qualify for a content reward of up to $100 per four-wheel set. The reward is discretionary, requires VIVE approval, and is not automatically granted or guaranteed for every submission.
We welcome clear, original full-vehicle photos, close-up wheel shots, and thoughtful automotive videos that show the installed product. Selection depends on image quality, visibility of the wheels, originality, and usefulness for VIVE marketing.
No. Professional equipment is not required. Well-lit smartphone photographs may qualify if the wheels and vehicle are clearly shown.
Contact the VIVE team through the website or at info@vivewheels.com with your order information and a link or files containing your original content. VIVE will review the submission and explain any next steps.
Approved rewards are processed after review and confirmation of any necessary content usage permissions. VIVE will confirm the amount and payment method with the customer. There is no guaranteed $100 payment for every submission.
VIVE will confirm the required license and permitted marketing uses. Only submit content you own or are authorized to license, and obtain any necessary third-party permissions.
No. A positive review is not required. The program is intended to feature authentic customer installations and original content, not to purchase favorable reviews. Any feedback should reflect your genuine experience.
Photo and video rewards are reviewed separately from promotional pricing. Whether a retail purchase can combine an approved content reward with another promotion depends on that promotion and VIVE approval. Owner Protection replacement purchases do not stack with retail promotions, referral rewards, or other discounts.
Authorized Dealers & Partnerships
VIVE welcomes applications from qualified wheel retailers, automotive performance shops, and related businesses. Contact info@vivewheels.com with your company name, website or social channels, location, and a brief description of your business.
VIVE offers Authorized Dealer and Preferred Dealer levels. Both are reviewed and approved by VIVE and have different purchasing and cooperation expectations.
VIVE offers dealer levels with differing purchase and cooperation expectations. Current targets and eligibility conditions are provided directly to applicants as part of the approved dealer program. Meeting a purchase target alone does not automatically confer dealer status.
No mandatory opening purchase is required solely to submit an application. VIVE reviews business eligibility before granting authorization.
Preferred Dealers may qualify for enhanced dealer pricing and collaboration opportunities, subject to the applicable dealer program. Preferred status also carries expectations for ongoing brand participation and performance.
Qualified and approved dealers receive the applicable dealer pricing information and program terms from VIVE. Public FAQ content does not constitute a binding wholesale quotation.
Authorized dealers may use their own approved business channels. Sales through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay require advance VIVE approval under the dealer program.
Dealer appointments are normally nonexclusive. Any geographic exclusivity requires a separate agreement with specific terms and VIVE approval.
Yes. VIVE considers selected creator, shop, motorsport, and brand partnerships. Scope, deliverables, product support, and any compensation are discussed individually; participation is not guaranteed.
Selected referral or promotional partnership arrangements may be discussed case by case. Eligibility, compensation, and program requirements are not standardized public offers and require separate written approval.
Contact VIVE at info@vivewheels.com with the dealer's business name and location before purchasing if you need to verify authorization. Do not rely solely on a third-party claim or logo.
